Cons: Being invisible to the City administrator and deemed replaceable and a headache to deal with from a rapidly retiring Chief of Police. Very hard to love a place that has upper "management" blatantly tell your department that he'd rather get rid of it and who is solely focused on just getting himself to his retirement date instead of the Department and its employees.
