There is no support for faculty.

Pros: Work from home
Cons: No supervisor, no help for new people, no course lead, other instructors give ‘As’ because it’s easy and the school doesn’t pay much. It’s a numbers game. It doesn’t matter if the students know anything about writing. Other instructors give the students an A.
