The Admin Daily.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I love the people I work with. I feel like more of a manager of the facility than an administrative assistant. My opinion is sought after and valued. The work isn't too stressful and is fun at times. I am important and the go to person for questions and needs from the staff.
Cons: There are little or no consequences for staff members that don't perform. I do more work and better work than those who surround me. I deserve a promotion that would include more salary and more gratuities, but due to the lack of disciplinary measures there are never positions open. Also due to the enjoyable environment, people don't quit in the upper level positions.
