Pay is to low for cost of living.
Application Developer in Manhattan:
Pros: I am able to work from home, and Manhattan does have a good variety of internet providers with fiber/high-speed options
Cons: The pay and cost of living are not on the same page. Sales tax is the highest in the state, the rent is super high because Kansas State Univerity is in the area and the average salary does not keep up with those costs.
