Pros: I love my staff and how everyone works together as a team. Teamwork is crucial in the restaurant and I push my staff to work better as a team each day. As with any workplace, especially a restaurant, cleanliness is important. We work each day to keep the restaurant looking like we would want our home to look. If we see that something needs cleaned up, we clean it. We do not put off keeping the restaurant looking fresh and updated because bottom line: Our customer satisfaction is key. Without our customers, we would be nowhere. We want our customers to feel that they should dine with us because our restaurant is well taken care of by a staff that really cares.
Cons: The general manager has me complete many job tasks. I feel since I am not the general manager some of these job tasks should not be my responsibility. I feel that I am under paid because I am young and under appreciated. I love the company and respect my manager, but I wish I could get a higher wage to compensate for how much I care about this company.

Pros: The hours, meeting new people every day, helping ensure guests have a great experience, flexible.
Cons: Closing late then having to open. Only 1 day off a week. Lack of care from the General Manager.
