It's near by Chamba, as I worked in Himachal Pradesh and also known the J&K customer list and market that's the reason.

Pros: First I have a very good customer base in J&K.
Except official Jammu is known for its natural splendor and one of the top places that keeps that reputation high is the Surinsar Lake, an attraction famous for its natural bounty and mythological importance. It is very well-surrounded by thick mountain ranges.
