The population.
Assistant Social Worker in Los Angeles:
I worked with mental health but an adult day care center, I thought I was going to work with seniors. However, an ADHC also has a population of physically, mentally and cognitively disabled population. There was an adjustment period but knowing that would have helped me research more into interacting with the disabled population.
