March 2015
Time Management A MUST.
Associate Fashion Designer:
Pros: Getting to work with product from concept to production.
Working as part of a team where each member is integral to successfully shipping great looking product on time.
Getting to be creative on the job, in particular with using Illustrator and Photoshop to aid the design process.
Cons: Working as we do with many different clients, it can be challenging to have to switch gears constantly to meet the needs of different customers.
There is always too much work and not enough time, which is frustrating when you wish you could just clear the docket at the end of the day and start fresh the next.
