Friendly Tech Town with Tacos.
Associate General Counsel in San Jose:
Pros: I like the friendly and optimistic energy that comes with living in Silicon Valley. It's very accessible, down-to-earth, and much less racist than other parts of the country and less pretentious than other parts of the SF Bay Area.
Cons: It's very fast-paced and can be remarkably stressful, and the quality of drivers in traffic has steadily declined the past 10 years.

A difficult and low-morale environment.

Cons: The difficult HR issues and disparate treatment of employees
