Cons: Management is extraordinarily poor with their communication and trustworthiness. They emphasize being punctual, yet struggle greatly with adhering to such a standard themselves and then proceed to make excuses for their tardiness with an indignant attitude.

Pros: Rochester has a lot of potential. It is growing. There are new businesses and apartment complexes. It is a cosmopolitan. Nice mix of city living, rural living, suburb living. A lot of higher education options in the city. Not to far from the Finger Lakes. And it is roughly 6 hours from major Northeastern cities. Within 100 miles of the Canadian Border.
Cons: We don't have commuter trains. Fewer career opportunities than in larger cities. The taxes are high. Salaries, on average, are typically lower than the national average. High rates of poverty, especially child poverty.
