Exciting and challenging.
Catering Sales Manager in Houston:

April 2019
Catering Sales Manager in Denver:
This company doesn't seem to grasp the concept of a competitive hotel. They consistently under staff. They don't invest Money where its due, and upper management seems to not have a clue, a lot of micromanaging. Our property didnt even have an HR representative onsite, everything was done through corporate which seemed to not truly understand the business of hotel management.

September 2016
Catering Sales.
Catering Sales Manager:
Pros: I love my job. I like that I am learning everyday with every event. I have the help from my returning clients and some co workers. I have met great people. Having this job made me realize the things I want to pursue when I go back home. I really love that in my position I have and can help people. I love that I have employees that come to me.
Cons: I hate when our balance is off. When someone quits or when things seem super out of control to the point of no return. (it never is just feels like it) But it goes back to the fact that I just learned from a event event though it hurt and I felt like a idiot. I just got better for the next one.
