I love what I do and all my patients, but I also go above and beyond for my company and don’t feel as if I am paid a fair wage for what all I am responsible for doing.

Cons: Long hours away from my kids and working more days/hours per week than what I was hired for and feeling underpaid for the amount of heart and sole I put into caring for my Patients and time away from my children

I've been with DaVita for 8 years and the company is a Fortune 500 company. The company does not want to pay you what you are worth. There are other companies the pay more. I know people who have been working there for over 15 years and still not making anything. The number 1 competitor (Fresenius) pays a lot more. Very cheap and is not good business😡

I love my job but it's people lives in our hand and its a lot of changes to be made that is actually making the company look bad.
