To Be A Successful Caregiver You Need To Love What You Do.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
To be a great CNA you need to have compassion, patience, be dependable, be able to communicate and listen and a passion for helping others. Being able to work as a team, maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to always be your best will benefit both the healthcare recipient and caregivers. Educate yourself everyday on new ways to make your patients life healthier, happier and fulfilling. As well as continuing to educate yourself about medical skills and procedures.

Exciting,fun,yet hectic,fulfilling & satisfying carreer
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: I get to help all kinds of people in the most satisfying challenges in the job.
when I work at the emergency dept.its very high energy challenge due to the needs of immediate care of patients.
learning new things just about daily from my doctors, nurses alike.
Emergency dept,,always makes me very busy, keeping me on the alert during my shifts.
Cons: Sometimes the patient can yell at the worker due to pain, strees,or fear of the unknowns.
but its part of my job, because people when they come into the emergency are not on their best behaviors due to pain.
So I just have to try the best I can in those circumstances, smile,be gentle assisting them.
