Children's Pastor in Springfield:
Pros: It is a nice size town. We have access to most things without it being huge. I was born here and have returned. We have good friends and a good life.
Cons: That it is Democrat run and the HIGH taxes. The weather is also not my favorite.

Pros: Seeing people's lives change as they engage in Christian community together. Working with others on a team to problem solve and plan together.
Cons: The workload is very heavy and I need to be good at a lot of different things. It is a fast paced, high stress environment where you can receive little appreciation and a lot of criticism from both supervisors and attendees.
