Fulfilling But Challenging Work.
College Career Counselor in La Mirada:
Pros: BIOLA university is a work environment very much for the religious, American evangelical individual. The workspace requires people with Christian faith to work in their workplace and workspace, and I would go on to say it requires people who are familiar with the American evangelical culture to successfully thrive. However, if that is something that is of value to said individual then BIOLA is an incredibly nurturing, trusting, and warm environment. With a well of opportunity to advance within the right departments, and with one of the most generous benefits packages in the market.
Cons: The university like most private universities struggle continuously with the budget. It also likes most colleague environments struggle with "cyloing", lack of efficiency, bureaucratic waste, and difficulty in finding employees for open positions.
