Get to interact with different processes and with a lot of different applications.

Pros: The new facility is planed to be state of the art technology and step by step its getting there.
Cons: There is a lot of lack of planning in different teams and blame games.

Always something new.
Controls Engineer in Los Alamos:
Pros: I like the variety of systems I get to work on. I get opportunities to upgrade and troubleshoot across very different process from utilities, to NASA, to weapons.
Cons: While safety is an established part of our culture and there is an effort to continuously educate the workforce about occurrences, there does not seem to be the same approach to project management. There are no "lessons learned" presentations about project management. They seem to repeat the same mistakes even when warning are provide at the outset of a project.
