Pros: It's like a family. Everyone's been there forever your treated like family and you feel it. Pay is competitive and you make what your worth and there's plenty of opportunities to prove yourself
Cons: Overworked under staffed long hours 50 hours a week And no one cares like you will

Always being short workers and then being expected to do way more than your own job duties because of poor management makes it very stressful. When you are expected to be dishonest and follow instructions that you are against its not right to ask that of an employee.
