October 2019
It's easy going if you have a good group of guys working with you. The job is nice since you are on the road every day and not in the shop at all during your day.
Crew Chief in Dunedin:
Pros: I like the camaraderie with my supervisor
Cons: It is very repetitive work whitch is nice at time but there is time you just want to do something different for the day of week. I hate that all the years of experience that I have (15 years) and when there is a problem and I suggest a solution I'm looked at like I have no clue of what they want. I feel like I'm just a number to them and I feel like they think I'm a robot and will never get tired when they expect you to over work yourself.
