Cons: Company is extremely vertical and top-down directed. Rank matters greatly for having your voice heard. Extremely conservative work environment stifles innovation. Data access and management remains miserable despite years of work. Low pay relative to the rest of the financial sector. Often unable to accurately place senior people into appropriate hiring levels, resulting in resentment above and below.
