Pros: What I like most about my job is that I have a good working relationship with my supervisor. I feel confident about my ability to complete my work and I feel good about the overall mission of the organization.
Cons: What I like least about my job is that I am a department of 1 person. I often feel overwhelmed with the workload and quick turnaround required for last minute projects.

Great experience but too processes. We do more than administration. Hence it's not easy to find risk administration on your list. It's like having 5 posts but being paid for one only.
