Early Childhood Educator (ECE):
Pros: I love interacting with the children and their families, watching the children learn and experience new things and being able to support families if they need it.
December 2013
The most rewarding job.
Early Childhood Educator (ECE):
Pros: My job is rewarding. It is wonderful to watch children grow up and to see what you have helped them become as a person. To spend each day teaching small children about the people and the world around them is the most amazing job.
Cons: It is sometimes very difficult to work with other adults who feel that they know what is best for children and do not have an open mind to others opinions. This can make for a very stressful environment.
