There is lots of flexibility and it’s easy being able to work on your own.

Pros: You don’t have to be checking in with your directors or supervisors of the work you do on a daily basis
Cons: Inability to reach a supervisor when needed and fact that when procedures change, it takes a long time for policy handbook to get updated

Working as an Eligibility Worker is not as rewarding as it could or that I expect it should be.

Pros: What I like the most are the rare moments that I am actually able to help someone and make them feel better.
Cons: I do no like poor training and performance ratings, if you start off with poor mentorship, and training the stress to do an excellent job gets delayed and it can be a struggle trying to meet the demands of the job.

Pros: Traffic is better then LA, versatile, fresh local produce. Cost of living is great. 1 job has you living comfortable.
Cons: Traffic is getting worse. No much to do a night.
