Pros: I love the fact that our sole purpose is to raise funds to give grants to teachers. Teachers play such a huge role in our children's lives, they should have all the help they can get!
Cons: This is hard, I love my job and its purpose. Maybe the closeout of every year. Trying to get all the funds granted to teachers spent right down to the last penny.
