Cons: Being paid as a sub-contractor to a sub-contractor from major international corporations in the security and private investigations industry who misrepresent their business. They put their brand and control the work I do. The better I do, the more work they get. I am short-changed more and more often.

Killeen is unique.

Pros: I like working in a smaller community than Austin, TX (where I am from).
Cons: Killeen is a military town that focuses primarily on military families. Civilian families are not benefited as greatly.

Executive Director in Dublin:
OCLC is in the midst of a culture change being driven by a group of Ups who do not always get along and by a CEO who often seems distracted by his other interests. However, they all truly do have good intentions and the employees are deeply committed to the success of the company. Lots of learning opportunities!
