Great Little City- Access to Everything.
Executive Director in Providence:
Pros: Great restaurants and culture; easy to get around; lots of cool things happening in the city.
Cons: In the downtown area, you see a lot of homeless and people on drugs. For the most part, I feel safe, but it's sad to see.

It is a small community town. Considered to be poor.
Executive Director in Claremont:
Pros: I hope to make a difference in my community. I want to provide access to dental care for all. My community needs help in tooth replacement. If my non-profit dental practice can expand and grow we could provide access to car for ALL regardless of the individuals ability to pay.
Cons: We are looked at as a poor drug ridden community. We are so much more than that and I'm ready to move forward to make sure we prove that we are!

Wheeling is small town America.
Executive Director in Wheeling:
Pros: The city is reinventing itself after coal and steel industries have changed. There are a lot of opportunities for young people who are creative and hard working. Starter businesses, non-profit organizations and regional economic opportunities abound. For the most part, everyone in nonprofit management works together for the betterment of the community. Nice.
Cons: The area is not very cultural and not prepared to assist with cultural issues for non-English speaking or English as a second language. Public transportation is limited to certain times of the day and places but Uber was recently introduced. Economically and socially depressed, 6.2% unemployment regionally in 2016. Lots of drug use and rehab services needed. WV has the highest drug overdose death rate in the Country.

Do what you love and love what you do.
Executive Director in Atlanta:
