It is a lot more stress full supervising contractors then ru.

Pros: Help contractor build homes the write way and make money.
Cons: You only get calls when some thing is wrong.

Work flexibility, high stress, lots of driving.
Field Service Supervisor:
Pros: I enjoy the fact that I don't have to report at a certain time or have to stay until a certain time. I have great flexibility with my work schedule and my boss is awesome.
Cons: Lots of driving that makes its toll on my personal vehicle. Can be high stress. Have a work cell phone that I answer emails and texts late. Can be long hours if the job calls for it.
