Pros: Meeting a variety of people, relaxed work place, job satisfaction in helping people improve their lives, fun environment.
Cons: Working bank holidays, Christmas Day, weekends, shift work that involves late to early's means being very tired. Rate of pay is not good. Very hard to move up in the industry.
