Flight Test Engineer:
BRC is an awesome company. The company is small, but growing, so bureaucracy is non-existent. I work on an engineering services contract, so I actually work on the other side of the country from corporate headquarters. My coworkers are great and my site lead is awesome. Management is pretty much hands off, so I get to focus on just doing my job! My compensation is great, 401k matching is great, time off is standard based on years with the company. My location has a ton of flexibility to get the job done though and we use comp time to flex our hours. This company is military and military spouse friendly and I have been absolutely pleased with everything to do with the company!
