Pros: The Customer/Students and Professors I have come to know over the years.
Cons: Loyal employee for over 32 years, below poverty wages, having to work weekends. I have been there longer than any other employee that works there. New employees are making more money than I and I have a College Degree!!

It's like being a Babysitter for a bunch of grown men who couldn't, and still can't behave themselves.

Pros: The benefits have been a big plus and the cost of Health insurance and the Pharmacy program was a big one for me because I take 9 different medications.
Cons: My drive to and from work is the thing I like least about my job. I have to cross a Time Zone on my commute.
