Government Affairs Director Reviews

What is it like working as a Government Affairs Director?

October 2019
Government Affairs Director in Washington:
Dependent on who you work with, paid significantly under market, difficult atmosphere and personalities, not worth it given the benefits of leaving (jump in pay, better benefits, no billable hours). Low pay, no 401k match, health benefits are average, etc. Good colleagues but bad managers are protected as long as they bring in revenue.
