Pros: Most of my patients are wonderful.
Cons: New micromanagement only count visits not drive time not phone calls tonpharmacy from patients and family. Education medication dosage explanation etc

Cons: The company cuts corners regarding compensation to employees, and doesn't pay holidays, no merit raises

I loved working with the patients and their families. Most of my coworkers were wonderful...wonderful supervisor. The insurance premiums were high and the pay was low for my amount of experience and positive feedback from patients and family members.
