I'm very happy for working for Tsebo Cleaning and it was and still an honor to be part of the great team.

Pros: The standard of cleaning, very very professional. I feel important when I do my work because Tsebo do it different and I learned so much about infection control and high standard of cleaning and making sure that you satisfy the client.
Cons: I just wish my manager can treat us as supervisors the same way. I personally know that I'm the great at my job and I just fell like sometimes she only want to see me fail. I do enjoy my work but sometimes I feel discouraged and feel like asking for a transfer but then I feel sorry for the people that I supervise because we make a great team and we love what we are doing. But I'll be fine

It can be very stressful, The house keeper that I have to supervisor speak no English and I speak a little Spanish so the communication is terrible.

My First Job.
Housekeeping Supervisor in New Bern:
Pros: I started age the age of 15, and was able to learn every position that kept me moving to the top.
Cons: Due to it being a "family" business, some individuals have been there since the start of things and although they may not be qualified to do certain jobs they are still kept around, and paid quite well as compared to someone like myself whom holds several positions including, but not limited to Inspecting, Inventory Control and Ordering, and Maintenance.
