Have fun with what you do or else it will not be that interesting to you. I always had fun and stayed positive that's what made my job so exciting. There was nothing I count do or put my mind to it and accomplish things and made my self proud doing it.

Pros: The culture and flexibility of the company.
Cons: Not having the tools which I need to do my day to day tasks. Sometimes having to use my own personal tools for work purposes.
