January 2019
Instructor, Gymnastics:
Overall, this company is very "structured." They know how they do things, which is important. However, the pay is not good, especially for the area, and there is LOADS of inconsistency within the structure they so earnestly push from person-to-person.
#too-many-alphas.
I would encourage anyone to do their research and ask LOADS of questions before starting. There is a lot of push on the future side of the business (not much focus on the now) and there are too many things slipping by on a daily basis for there to be structure that helps benefit everyone involved. Obviously, they have been opened for 30 years, so somethings works... However, make sure it works for you. "CSC is not for everyone."
