Inventory Control Manager Reviews
What is it like working as an Inventory Control Manager?
November 2022
Positive and people-focused environment.
Inventory Control Manager in Worcester:
Pros: Professional and friendly atmosphere, site management is very competent and approachable, managers given lots of training on personnel development and support, great work-life balance, good benefits
Cons: Over-training personnel on every possible transaction or adjacent process through online platform leads to information overload and constantly having to re-train teams on the process
July 2022
Equality overlook.
Inventory Control Manager in Wasilla:
Pros: customers
Cons: Managers talk to employees in an abusive manner, creating tension and distrust with a lack of respect, underappreciated and underpaid versus the national average. The corporation undervalues its employees and hires new at the same rate as team members with over 10 years seniority
June 2022
It is great no department is off limits.
Inventory Control Manager in Portland:
Pros: I love that I am able to be involved in multiple areas not just my specific job title.
July 2021
It's alright pretty good place to settle down if you want.
Inventory Control Manager in Ogden:
Pros: Everyone is respectful and keeps private matters close off.
Cons: There isn't much to do except go skiing and hiking.
December 2020
A nice play to live if you can afford it.
Inventory Control Manager in Los Angeles:
Pros: Increased opportunities
Cons: Commute and pay does not correspond well with cost of living most of the time
November 2020
Hard work, but not difficult, and plenty of variety in tasks.
Inventory Control Manager in Plano:
Pros: I get to do many different tasks and usually prioritize them without being micro managed.
Cons: Management unwilling to have a productive conversation about pay and expected duties. I feel the standard way for them to deal with this is to simply ignore conversations hoping I'll just eventually not mention it again. Makes me feel unappreciated to but it nicely.
June 2020
Under staffed.
Inventory Control Manager in Cayce:
Pros: The management team at my location has a great working relationship.
Cons: The workload since Covid 19 is in realistic. Most of the staff has been laid off and the sales and the amount of freight has increased.
