Pros: lots of business, more customers are usual's then walk in customers. customers are usually go big or go home whic his good for business.
Cons: Customers could be more rude then kind. most are inconsiderate and treat employees like we are robots who most do the impossible. customers exploit customer service for free products/food. plus working in kitchen no matter how hard you work and caring you are, customers do not tip.
