Work in Burlington, Live in Bellingham.
Manufacturing Engineer in Burlington:
Pros: Burlington is alright, but I much prefer the city of Bellingham 25 minutes North. Unfortunately, jobs are much more scarce there. Working in Burlington allows me more freedom in my employment while still being able to live in Bellingham.
Cons: The commute from Bellingham eats up at least an hour of my day, and Burlington itself isn't a very interesting city.
