Manufacturing Engineer Reviews

What is it like working as a Manufacturing Engineer?

August 2022
Working with the people here are great.
Manufacturing Engineer in Cape Town:
Pros: People are treated fairly and are for the most part reasonable
June 2022
Not great but it’s better than nothing.
Manufacturing Engineer in Indianapolis:
Pros: Ability to work on many projects and decide how to manage them
Cons: No management to drive direction
May 2022
Don’t work here.
Manufacturing Engineer in Round Rock:
Pros: Nothing. Experience. They pay everyone like an intern or 50% less than competitors. Moral is rock bottom. Very unorganized.
Cons: Receiving 55% low class pay at a Fortune 500 company as an engineer. Then being asked to work 80 + hours for free. But also being told to adjust my own work load to hit 40 hours… so they don’t need to pay more and can claim I have the option to use the FTO.Lol If I were you I would turn their offers down. Apply somewhere else. You can’t afford to make this low of a salary in a place like Austin now.
May 2022
Overworked.
Manufacturing Engineer in Broken Bow:
Pros: The work we are doing helps the Health care world
Cons: Not enough accountability when it comes to people doing their jobs.
May 2022
Can’t complain about anything, great company.
Manufacturing Engineer in Durham:
Pros: The culture is what keeps me here and the people. Great leadership in DS4 and it’s easy for everyone to come together to fix things
Cons: Some times too much work not enough people
April 2022
Great Place to Work.
Manufacturing Engineer in Westminster:
Pros: For the job and industry, the working hours are extremely flexible. I really enjoy the people I work with, and the work itself is meaningful and impactful. I enjoy going to work.
Cons: There are some people who get by with doing the bare minimum or even less. Promotions are not only based on years worked and not merit
April 2022
Too comfortable, little room for growth.
Manufacturing Engineer in Chicago:
Pros: Work life balance
Cons: Political atmosphere, very few opportunities for career growth
