Marketing Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as a Marketing Specialist?
March 2022
Working at Gray is Great Experience.
Marketing Specialist in Lubbock:
Pros: I like that my hours can be flexible, with the department head having an understanding of how things in life can sometimes pop up. The opportunities I've had here were not without challenge but there are ways to further myself in this industry when the chance comes by.
Cons: With the rapid advancement should come adequate compensation, I've gotten incremental increases but a larger one would be suited for the impact I have here, currently.
March 2022
Fast-paced, creative, successful.
Marketing Specialist in Chicago:
Pros: Highly competitive with lots of ideas and professionals in a fantastic city.

Great Company but Marketing is Still Undervalued.
Marketing Specialist in Wilmington:
Pros: I mostly love that the team is smaller and collaborative. Also, I have access to teams across OpCo’s that I constantly learn from.
Cons: Marketing in manufacturing is still very undervalued and, as a result, underpaid.
December 2021
Marketing Specialist position is okay.
Marketing Specialist in Memphis:
Pros: I love the culture and environment.
Cons: The amount of pay that I am receiving.
December 2021
Marketing Specialist in Chicago:
Great people but fast growing company with lots of growing pans. Culture is very positive, open, and welcoming. Benefits are OK but management has been responsive through the pandemic and remote working.
July 2021
Marketing Specialist in Methuen:
Pros: Working from home I spend 5 minutes commuting to my coffee maker and back to my office chair!
Cons: Working in a Bedroom office, I spend 80% of my life in this one room with a computer.
July 2021
Overly appreciated, under paid.
Marketing Specialist in Mansfield:
Pros: freedom of creativity, open ability to try new ideas, patient-centered culture
Cons: boxed in by corporate standards that put you "on a wheel" in terms of job compensation (they go by a formula and that's it, regardless of role changes and increased responsibilities)
