Materials Supervisor:
I haven't received a pay increase since I've been there, not happy. I submitted a list of accomplishments to my Managers above me requesting a pay increase and I've been disappointed in their response to my request. I also think PAE could have protected us better during this Pandemic.

Materials Supervisor in St. Petersburg:
Pros: Knowing it helps people, with a job well done, surgery will proceed as planned with no delays due to materials missing.
Cons: Not having enough staff throughout the entire day to facilitate or streamline the process.
