Media Planner Experience.
Media Planner:
Pros: With lots of young people in this industry, the work atmosphere is great. I really enjoyed my training experience. Technology and innovation are encouraged.
Cons: Most notably the compensation. The hours can be long as well, with no overtime offered at my level and above. Being client facing, the workload can be overwhelming at times.
