Media Planner Experience.
Media Planner:
Pros: With lots of young people in this industry, the work atmosphere is great. I really enjoyed my training experience. Technology and innovation are encouraged.
Cons: Most notably the compensation. The hours can be long as well, with no overtime offered at my level and above. Being client facing, the workload can be overwhelming at times.

The Good and The Bad.

Pros: Strategic thinking, opportunities for advancement, corporate culture, great coworkers, appreciating for doing a good job, flexible atmosphere, full service agency, fantastic management.
Cons: Lots of deadlines which create stress/pressure, very "immediate action required" industry, only 1 client, not a lot of room for creative thinking (because of client, not the agency).
