Pros: I have the opportunity to work with people which is a strong point in my personality. This means I feel utilized within my strengths. I get to lead people and help them grow in their strengths and challenge them in their weaknesses. I love team work, and get to influence the team to have great customer service.
Cons: The medical field is difficult because of the processes and differing opinions in medicine. To be able to explain our services and teach others to explain them can be difficult.

Create backup workers so you can take time off without needing to be contacted. Remember when you directly effect the bottom line (accounts receivable) you become more valuable.
