Cons: Dealing with financial issues, poor communication/non-responses from members.

Pros: I enjoy making a difference for our members by making them feel like valued contributors to our mission. I enjoy planning and executing our major events and fundraiser and have increased revenue consistently.
Cons: I don't always feel like my contributions are valued; my pay and bonuses do not reflect the increase in responsibilities and the success I have had in increasing revenue and building solid relationships with our members and exhibitors.
