Cons: Poor management, safety, poor pay and no raises, stress.

Have compassion for others. Leave all home problems at home. Never take hurtful things the patients say to heart. Remember that they are not always in their right state of mind. Always observe your patients and watch body language.

Pros: Not very stressful and the people I work with for the most part make it a better place to be around.
Cons: The graveyard shift. Not a bad job overall. Just need to work regual hours or make may own schedule. Especially if I plan on having a family.
