There are no pension benefits or 401(k) match to help me prepare for my future retirement and I foresee no advancement opportunity well other companies offer better compensation as well as those benefits.

The management in the ecommerce department is absolutely terrible. If you're looking for a boss who actually knows what their doing or what their employees do, I'd look elsewhere. However, the team I worked with was awesome. The buyers were great to work with and the atmosphere was great. If you have a chance to work in a different department, it would probably be a great job to have.
