News Anchor in New York:
Pros: The people I work with on a daily basis are great. For the most part, people go above and beyond to help you out so everyone succeeds.
Cons: There's virtually zero communication from management about changes. Entire departments will come and go with no word from our leaders until after the fact. This fosters an environment of mistrust and encourages the rumor mill to run rampant.
