Pros: The best part is the freedom to make decisions about HOW I work and how I manage my people. I am not micro-managed at all by my manager. I also have the freedom to make my own schedule and take time off for personal things.
Cons: There is little communication and transparency from other management. I don't feel I have support when I need it.
