Pros: Minimal managerial involvement. They are there when I need them but do not micromanage, they trust my work ethic and that I will get things done.
Cons: Lack of innovation. Never will be the lead company in the CPG/laundry world

Kenosha is great its the company thats not. They dont live by what they claim to as in how they value their employees.

Pros: I like working in the aerospace industry.
Cons: This XPO location is embedded in the customer, so the work environment is different than most other sites. The strict packaging requirements on military contracts (and some commercial) restrict creativity.
