Make sure you discuss the responsibilities with your family how time consuming this position is. It takes me away from my family a lot. You can easily put in 60 to 70 hours a week which can cause you to miss out on a lot of your kids growing up time.

Hard Working.

Pros: The fact of the industry I am in has unbelievable growth so sky's the limit as far as the company grow. The people at work for a tremendously family oriented which makes it great for a person like myself who has 4 kids. The owners of the company and the district manager above me is extremely helpful when it comes to the learning curve process on what it's going to take to succeed in this industry.
Cons: Home that there is no extra bonuses or profit sharing in the company it is extremely hard to get an evaluation or a raise in salary.
