Working culture is good but not comfortable environment at lower level. Compensation is little bit lower than power company's like tata steel/power, hindalco. Monetary benefit is not good but morale boosting appreciation is present.

Cons: I would like more money, hopefully that will come with time.

Engineering college doesn't train you to be an engineer, job experience does. College trains you to think like an engineer. Co-op when possible.
